Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to join their UAE team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing, customizing, and maintaining Finacle banking applications across multiple versions, ensuring seamless integration and enhancing banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves comprehensive design and development work on Finacle versions 7.x, 10.x, and 11.x. You will be responsible for creating and managing PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries to support customizations and reporting needs.

Integration plays a vital part, requiring you to connect Finacle APIs with external systems and middleware platforms such as PEGA, TIBCO, and microservices architectures. Core banking processes including customer onboarding, KYC compliance, account servicing, and loan processing will be supported through tailored Finacle solutions.

Additional tasks include customization of menus, applets, batch jobs, and scripting. You will aid in version upgrades, migrations, and handle data validation, reconciliation, and comprehensive testing during these transitions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL query optimization to ensure efficient performance.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues, system incidents, and UAT defects promptly.
• Ability to support critical banking operations, such as EOD processing, NEFT/RTGS payments, ATM, mobile, and internet banking integrations.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms and API integration strategies.

Requirements

A background in banking software systems, especially Finacle, is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with customization, integration, and migration activities for Finacle applications. The ability to work within tight timelines and deliver solutions that align with financial regulations and operational goals is crucial.

Work Environment

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where you will collaborate closely with the IT and operations teams of Nair Systems. A prompt joining within two weeks to one month is preferred to support ongoing projects.
