Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient Senior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle complex financial tasks accurately. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
• Coordinate and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Review and reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
• Identify process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and external parties

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus. Candidates should have substantial experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a similar industry.
