HookahPlace UAE is currently expanding its team and seeking a skilled Cost Accountant with a strong background in food and beverage (F&B) and restaurant operations. This role requires fluency in Russian and practical experience using iiko or Syrve systems. The position is based in Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

The Cost Accountant will be responsible for managing cost controls within the restaurant operations, ensuring accuracy in financial data related to inventory, procurement, and expenses. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams to analyze cost trends and optimize profitability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluent Russian speaker with strong communication skills
• Proven experience in cost accounting specifically within the F&B or restaurant sector
• Hands-on knowledge of iiko or Syrve point-of-sale and inventory management software
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience working in a hospitality or restaurant environment is essential

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work responsibly within a team and maintain discipline
• Availability to relocate or join within the UAE
