Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in real estate or property management accounting. The successful candidate will handle full-cycle accounting processes and support financial reporting for property operations. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities related to real estate operations.
• Track tenant payments and monitor rent collections efficiently.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with audit preparations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Handle salary payments through Wages Protection System (WPS).
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in real estate or property management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
