Job Overview

Enrollme HR is seeking qualified professionals for two key roles based in Dubai: an Inventory Head and a Receivable Accountant. These positions cater to candidates with experience in building materials, FMCG retail, and accounting practices aligned with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities – Inventory Head

• Manage and oversee inventory for building materials and FMCG retail sectors ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain seamless inventory flow and reduce discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control policies to improve operational efficiency and minimize losses.
• Lead inventory audits and reporting to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities – Receivable Accountant

• Maintain and manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare detailed reports on receivables and assist with VAT compliance in accordance with UAE laws.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding invoice clarifications and payment follow-ups.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• For Inventory Head: 10 to 15 years of proven experience in inventory management within the building materials or FMCG retail industries.
• For Receivable Accountant: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, with a valid UAE driving license and strong understanding of VAT regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with teams and clients.

Benefits

The position of Receivable Accountant offers a monthly salary of AED 4,500. Additional benefits and compensation packages for both roles will be discussed during the interview phase.

Work Location

Both roles are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site and engage with the local business environment.
