Katrina Group in Jebel Ali, Dubai, is seeking a skilled Chief Accountant to oversee the financial operations within their General Trading and FMCG manufacturing divisions. This critical role requires deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and UAE VAT compliance to support accurate financial reporting and ensure smooth ERP system integration.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the overall accounting process including cost control, inventory tracking, and preparing detailed financial reports in compliance with local regulations. The role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate accounting records and support efficient ERP usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience, preferably within General Trading or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
• Strong proficiency in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience working with ERP systems for financial and inventory management.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA is preferred.
