Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting experience within the UAE, enabling a thorough understanding of local tax laws and financial reporting standards. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping, tax compliance, financial reporting, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE accounting standards.
• Apply knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations to ensure proper tax filings and adherence to legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax law and its application.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial reporting procedures.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
