Grand Stores LLC is actively seeking a skilled Accountant to join their Dubai team immediately. The ideal candidate will have between three to five years of experience in general accounting and demonstrate strong financial analysis capabilities. This role involves supporting the finance department through detailed reporting, reconciliations, and collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for preparing management information system (MIS) reports and dashboards, utilizing advanced Excel skills to present financial data effectively. Handling General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and producing accurate financial reports are essential duties. The role also requires expertise in inventory accounting, including stock adjustments and relevant reconciliations, ensuring precise stock valuation and control. Attention to detail and analytical thinking will be critical when working with cross-functional teams to support financial accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting roles.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger reconciliation processes.
• Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Oracle ERP systems, Power BI, and data analytics tools will be considered an advantage, enhancing the candidate’s ability to handle complex financial data and reporting requirements.
