Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join a dynamic restaurant team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your accounting expertise in the food and beverage sector, supporting accurate financial management and compliance. The position provides a competitive salary ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 5,000, along with food benefits.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant in this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions to ensure the restaurant’s financial records are accurate and up to date. Your duties will include handling accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial records. You will also oversee VAT filing and compliance processes, assist in regular financial reporting, and utilize accounting software, specifically Tally ERP, to streamline these tasks.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting principles.
• Experience with VAT filing and ensuring regulatory compliance in the UAE.
• Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP and general accounting software.
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations accurately.
• Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail for accurate financial record management.
• Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with the team and external parties.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience within the UAE, with a preference for backgrounds in the restaurant or food and beverage industry.

Benefits
