Job Overview

Al Mufaddal Global FZCO, based in JAFZA One, Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our growing operations. This role is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for those holding their own UAE visa. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. Core duties include processing daily accounting entries, preparing detailed accounting reports, and managing general office administration. Additional tasks involve liaising with customers and logistics providers, coordinating shipments with DHL and others, obtaining supplier quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring precise data entry to maintain organized and reliable records.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should possess basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices, complemented by hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop, which is mandatory for this position. Previous UAE work experience is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills are required alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Candidates must be adept at negotiation, delivering quality customer service, and exhibit high attention to detail when entering data. Reliability and the ability to work independently are key to thriving in this role.

Compensation
