Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in the UAE or GCC region and offers a competitive all-inclusive salary of AED 4,500. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, including preparing ageing reports and handling invoice collections. They will analyze customer payment patterns to develop follow-up strategies and professionally manage relationships with high-value clients. Negotiating payment plans and improving collection rates will be a crucial part of the role. Coordination with sales and warehouse teams to resolve outstanding balances will be necessary, along with monitoring credit limits and overdue accounts. The executive will also handle payment disputes, perform account reconciliations, prepare collection reports, and escalate issues related to critical accounts when required.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control
• Strong ability in ageing analysis and collections management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer dealings
