Job Overview

A well-established logistics company in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their finance team. This role requires hands-on experience managing accounts receivable processes within the UAE market, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE VAT laws and company policies.
• Use accounting software tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms to execute daily financial tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Prepare regular reports related to receivables and contribute to month-end financial closing activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar accounting role.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of UAE VAT requirements and adherence to financial compliance standards.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory due to occasional client visits and fieldwork.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary of AED 4,500 per month along with opportunities for professional growth within the logistics sector.
