Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts and Reconciliations Officer to join a dynamic finance team in Dubai. This role focuses on meticulous bookkeeping and managing financial reconciliations to support smooth accounting operations. The position offers a competitive salary of AED 10,000 along with standard benefits and operates from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and verifying reconciliations, and ensuring control accounts are regularly monitored. You will also handle bookkeeping tasks across multiple entities, contributing to the overall integrity and accuracy of financial reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.
• Proficient in Xero accounting software, with strong hands-on expertise.
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, control accounts, and financial integrity.
• Familiarity with UK payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance, and RTI filings.
• Experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or entities.
• Advanced Excel skills to support data analysis and reporting.
