Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in the vibrant Food & Beverage industry based in Dubai. This role requires 1 to 2 years of solid experience working within the UAE’s F&B accounting environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of VAT and compliance standards applicable in the UAE, combined with familiarity in handling POS systems and F&B related accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of sales and Point of Sale (POS) data to ensure accuracy.
• Manage bank and payment gateway reconciliations efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive VAT reports and financial statements in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–2 years) in accounting within the UAE Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of VAT laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Technical proficiency in F&B accounting and POS systems is essential.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
