Logical Network Solutions LLC, located in Business Bay, Dubai, is actively seeking a skilled Accountant and HR Specialist to join their team immediately. This combined role is ideal for a professional with experience in both accounting and human resources, ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a blend of accounting, payroll, HR, and administrative duties:

• Manage daily accounting functions including VAT documentation, bank reconciliations, and supplier/customer account balances
• Process payroll, prepare salaries, and handle WPS coordination efficiently
• Oversee petty cash and expense management to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and vacation records adhering to ISO standards
• Support HR administration including employee documentation, recruitment, onboarding, and filing
• Assist management with basic administrative tasks and provide support in updating simple AutoCAD drawings where necessary

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should bring the following qualifications and expertise to the position:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in both accounting and HR within the UAE market
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll procedures, and HR administration
• Proficiency in VAT regulations and accounting software
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data management
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately
