Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Procurement Executive to join our team in Dammam, supporting the sourcing and pricing of industrial materials for oil and gas projects. This position focuses primarily on materials meeting Saudi Aramco standards, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to develop expertise in the Saudi supply market and grow within the procurement field.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotations for industrial materials, and ensuring competitive pricing through diligent follow-up. You will assist senior procurement staff during request for quotation (RFQ) processes, support price negotiations, and help maintain an up-to-date supplier database. Learning and understanding material specifications, compliance requirements, and cost-effective sourcing strategies will also be essential tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain activities
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Background

• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Interest in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco project requirements is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits
