We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist who has hands-on experience working on ARAMCO projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing procurement processes specifically for Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation packages within the oil and gas or EPC sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle including issuing RFQs, evaluating bids, and sourcing vendors.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with ARAMCO standards and approved vendor lists.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to handle procurement for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation packages efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing to support commercial negotiations.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working on procurement activities related to ARAMCO projects.
• Solid understanding of procurement workflows, vendor compliance, and bid evaluation techniques.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Background in EPC, industrial, or oil and gas sectors is highly preferred.
• Experience with Saudi market dynamics and regulations is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to perform under tight timelines in fast-paced project settings.
