We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Procurement Specialist to join a leading Facility Management company in Dammam. This role focuses on managing the procurement of Facility Management materials, ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to support ongoing projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating commercial terms, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budgets. Maintaining an up-to-date supplier network and managing procurement processes through ERP systems are also essential functions of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, ideally within the Facility Management sector.
• In-depth understanding of the Saudi Facility Management market and supplier landscape.
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing, contract agreements, and delivery scheduling.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. Having a transferable Iqama with immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
