Job Overview

A reputable maritime company based in Saudi Arabia is urgently recruiting for the roles of Hot Work Watch, Fire Watch, and Confined Space Watch. These are on-site positions located in Ras Al-Khair, with candidates required to attend face-to-face interviews. This opportunity is open exclusively for candidates available for local transfer with a valid and transferable Iqama.

The company is conducting bulk hiring to fill a significant number of vacancies, offering competitive salaries that vary depending on the specific position and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise hot work operations to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain vigilance during confined space entries to prevent hazards and accidents.
• Act as a fire watch to promptly detect and respond to fire hazards during industrial activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe working environment in industrial or oil and gas settings.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in confined space watch, hot work watch, or fire watch roles.
• Good understanding of HSE practices and safety regulations.
• Prior experience within industrial or oil and gas sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to hazards.

Position Details and Salary

• Confined Space / Hot Work Watch positions offer a salary range of 1800 to 2000 SAR.
• Fire Watch roles provide between 1600 and 1800 SAR.
• Local transfer candidates with a valid transferable Iqama are eligible to apply.
