Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Coating Quality Control Supervisor with valid ARAMCO approval to join a leading project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in overseeing coating and corrosion protection processes on ARAMCO projects, ensuring strict adherence to the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will supervise blasting and painting activities, manage QC teams, and maintain strong coordination with ARAMCO inspectors. Responsibilities include enforcing surface preparation standards, conducting measurements such as Dry Film Thickness (DFT), Wet Film Thickness (WFT), profile and adhesion tests, as well as preparing and reviewing quality control documentation to guarantee compliance with project requirements.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Valid ARAMCO SAP Number with passed CBT for Coating Inspection
• Official approval by ARAMCO as a Coating QC Supervisor
• Proficiency in ARAMCO standards including SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, and SAIC
• Advanced knowledge of surface preparation norms (SSPC, NACE, ISO)
• Strong technical skills in coating inspection and corrosion protection
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities

Experience

Candidates must have between 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in coating, painting, and corrosion protection within industrial environments. Prior experience working on ARAMCO projects is mandatory. Familiarity with leading QC teams and interacting with ARAMCO inspectors is highly essential.

Preferred Certifications

• NACE Level 2 or Level 3 certification (preferred)
• Alternatively, SSPC PCI Level 2/3 or BGAS Grade 1 certification
