Our client is currently seeking motivated candidates to fill the position of Production Factory Helper in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals with some experience in a production setting who are looking to work in a dynamic factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Factory Helper will assist in various stages of the manufacturing process. Tasks typically include supporting the production team, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following company procedures to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a production or factory environment is necessary.
• Must be presentable and have good interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading and writing abilities are required to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Minimum educational qualification: Matriculation or Intermediate level.
• Only candidates eligible for local transfer under Iqama transfer are considered.

Preferred Candidates

The company shows preference for local candidates, particularly those of Nepali or Indian nationality, to join their workforce.

Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a basic salary ranging from 800 to 1000 SAR, along with FAT. Additional benefits will be provided in accordance with the company’s policies.
