The openings include Technician for the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant, Operator for the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and Supervisor for the ETP. Technician – Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant

The RO Plant Technician will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of the reverse osmosis systems. This role requires hands-on involvement in inspecting key components such as pumps, membranes, filters, valves, and dosing systems to ensure optimal functionality. The technician will regularly monitor water quality parameters and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining accurate operational logs and reports are essential aspects of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications for RO Plant Technician

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Water Treatment disciplines
• At least 3 years of industrial experience specifically with RO plants
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment maintenance

Operator – Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

The ETP Operator will oversee the day-to-day operation and control of various ETP systems. Responsibilities include maintaining shift reports and detailed operational records, monitoring equipment such as pumps, blowers, clarifiers, and dosing systems. Additionally, the operator will assist laboratory teams by collecting water samples and supporting testing procedures. Prompt reporting of any process issues is crucial to maintain compliance and system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications for ETP Operator

• Technical diploma or certificate related to water treatment or environmental technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) or Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Good communication skills and ability to document operations accurately

Supervisor – Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

The ETP Supervisor role involves managing all daily operations within the effluent treatment facility. This includes supervising operators, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the plant meets efficiency targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and plant shutdowns are critical to ensuring uninterrupted performance and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications for ETP Supervisor

• Degree or Diploma in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields
• At least 5 years of experience working in industrial wastewater treatment
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage operational teams
