Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman / Supervisor with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system installation and supervision. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of refrigerant piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. This role requires coordination with clients, suppliers, and a team of technicians for smooth execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of skilled HVAC technicians on various installation projects.
• Oversee the installation of refrigerant piping, ducting systems, and mechanical machinery.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Liaise effectively with clients and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for site coordination.
• Ensure the safety standards and quality controls are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in HVAC installation and supervision roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigerant piping, ducting, and mechanical equipment installation.
• Ability to lead and manage teams efficiently, promoting productivity and team cohesion.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and understanding engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
