We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead and supervise the daily operations of a busy workshop located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mechanics and technical staff, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strict adherence to project and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Workshop Manager will be tasked with overseeing the entire workshop workflow, coordinating repair and maintenance tasks, and ensuring all work meets industry and company quality benchmarks. Leadership and effective team management are essential to driving productivity and resolving operational challenges smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience managing workshop operations within Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent organizational skills
• Sound technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
