We are searching for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience handling LSPB (Lump Sum Purchase Basis) or Work Unit Rate projects, specifically aligned with Saudi Aramco’s requirements. This role involves leading the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning through to successful execution and final delivery—while strictly adhering to Saudi Aramco’s high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The approved Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project, ensuring schedules are met, resources are effectively utilized, and deliverables comply with established specifications and safety protocols. Continuous communication with stakeholders and the client will be essential to ensure expectations are managed and requirements are fulfilled. The role demands active oversight of quality assurance processes and strict enforcement of safety regulations throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record managing LSPB or Work Unit Rate projects, particularly within the Saudi Aramco framework
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors
• Excellent project planning, execution, and delivery capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco’s quality assurance and safety standards
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members
