We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a critical Fence Installation and CCTV project based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This immediate opportunity involves leading all site operations to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery aligned with approved technical drawings and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take full ownership of managing site activities, coordinating diverse teams and subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication between the client, consultants, and internal departments. Monitoring project timelines, quality assurance, and safety standards is essential to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing Fence Installation or CCTV projects is essential.
• Strong leadership skills to efficiently manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Capability to interpret and enforce approved shop drawings and detailed technical specifications.
• Excellent coordination skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to supervise project schedules, uphold quality controls, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
