Job Overview

We are seeking 10 skilled Crane Operators from the Philippines and India to join a reputable project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the construction industry with competitive compensation and a clear path for advancement.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a monthly basic salary of SAR 2,715 for an 8-hour shift along with additional allowances. Accommodation is supported with a monthly allowance of SAR 679. For work outside, a daily mobile allowance of SAR 4 applies. The overall monthly salary package is SAR 3,394. After obtaining the Aramco certification, operators can expect overtime pay that could raise total monthly earnings to approximately SAR 5,500–SAR 6,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently on-site in compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Perform rig moves, tandem lifts, and man basket operations (preference given to those with experience).
• Maintain equipment and report any issues or safety hazards promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a crane operator with an Aramco certificate.
• Age under 47 years.
• Basic written and spoken English communication skills.
• Applicants must be nationals of the Philippines or Nepal.

Additional Information

The contract duration is three years or until the expiration of the Aramco certificate, whichever comes first. Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Please note that applicants from Pakistan are not being considered for this role.
