Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with over two years of hands-on experience to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining precision throughout the production process to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines efficiently and safely to produce accurate parts.
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings for setup and operation.
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate CNC equipment to ensure correct specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify parts meet required tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range will be finalized after the face-to-face interview, with an estimated basic monthly pay between 2000 and 2500 SAR.

• Food allowance of 300 SAR per month.
• Housing is either provided directly by the company or compensated with 300 SAR.
• Transportation support is offered through company arrangements or a 300 SAR allowance.
• Overtime compensation varies by workload and department, approximately 500 to 800 SAR.
• Annual air ticket provided after completing 24 months with the company.
• Initial employment contract for a 4-year term.

Work Environment and Additional Information
