Job Overview

We are looking for reliable suppliers to provide excavators on a monthly rental basis for an ongoing project in Dammam. The requirement includes two classes of excavators, fully equipped with operators and maintenance services. This is a great opportunity for companies with well-maintained heavy equipment and compliant operators.

Key Equipment Requirements

The equipment needed consists of:

• Forty-three (43) units of 480-class excavators at a rental rate of SAR 36,600 per month each. The fee covers the operator, light maintenance, and heavy or major maintenance.
• Fifteen (15) units of 220-class excavators at a rental rate of SAR 15,000 per month each. This also includes an operator and full maintenance services.

Important Conditions

All excavators and operators must hold valid TÜV certifications to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. This certification is mandatory for participation.

Required Documentation and Payment

Interested providers must submit an official quotation along with copies of each excavator’s registration documents (Istimara) or customs cards. Rental payments will be processed at the end of each Gregorian calendar month to ensure timely and efficient settlement.

Company Responsibilities

The company will cover the costs of diesel/fuel, accommodation, and meals for the operators, relieving the rental providers from these expenses.
