Job Title: Equipment Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Equipment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and utilization of all equipment on-site. The role ensures that machinery is used efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of all equipment and machinery on site
Ensure proper allocation and utilization of equipment as per project needs
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance/repairs
Maintain records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs
Ensure all equipment operators follow safety procedures and company policies
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
Coordinate with procurement/rental teams for equipment mobilization and demobilization
Report any breakdowns, damages, or safety issues immediately
Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in equipment supervision (construction/oil & gas preferred)
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment (cranes, excavators, loaders, etc.)
Ability to manage and supervise operators and technicians
Good communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred
Documents Required:
Valid Iqama / Work Permit
Relevant Experience Certificates
Operator/Supervisor Certifications (if applicable)
