Job Overview

We are looking for skilled AC & DC Motor Winder and Fitter Technicians to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves repairing, rewinding, assembling, and maintaining both low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) motors. Successful candidates will demonstrate independent handling of dismantling, winding, fitting, testing support, and reassembly tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of this position include:

• Rewinding and repairing AC and DC motors, including LV and MV types.
• Dismantling and assembling electric motors with accuracy.
• Preparing motor coils, applying insulation, and performing winding processes.
• Fitting motors mechanically and handling assemblies.
• Diagnosing winding faults and executing effective repairs.
• Assisting with electrical testing and conducting quality inspections.
• Following workshop safety protocols and maintaining quality standards.
• Keeping the workspace organized and ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ITI certification in Electrical or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in motor rewinding and repair.
• Familiarity with industrial motors from well-known manufacturers such as ABB, Siemens, WEG, GE, Toshiba is preferred.
• Ability to interpret motor winding data, electrical connection diagrams, and technical drawings with precision.
