Job Overview
We are seeking a driven IT Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our expanding IT Infrastructure company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on promoting and selling innovative Network, Security, Server, Structured Cabling, and IT solutions throughout the region. The ideal candidate should be ready for an immediate start and demonstrate a strong track record in IT sales within the Saudi or broader GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
The specialist will take charge of generating new business opportunities and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Building and nurturing client relationships is essential, alongside collaborating closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to secure timely payments.
- Promote and sell IT infrastructure and technology solutions effectively
- Identify and qualify new business leads
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closure
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations; follow up on payments
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in IT sales and marketing with proven expertise in IT infrastructure solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets is highly valued. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets will be an advantage, and preference will be given to Arabic-speaking applicants.

- Familiarity with Saudi and GCC markets preferred

Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured through multiple KPIs, including the achievement of monthly sales targets, the number of client meetings and site visits conducted, lead generation effectiveness, proposal submissions, deal closures, and the efficiency of payment collection follow-ups.
