We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our IT services team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with deep expertise in .NET and Java development, capable of delivering robust software solutions and supporting clients throughout various project phases.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of programming experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to integrate diverse applications using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing client solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Designing technical solutions for customers during deal deployment, proof of concepts (POCs), and project implementations
• Gathering and analyzing project requirements to align development efforts
• Developing custom workflows and activities primarily using C#
• Leading and managing the testing cycles to ensure product quality
• Conducting technical training sessions and demos for both new and existing clients, providing ongoing support

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this position, candidates must have:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience programming with .NET (C# or VB), Java, and node-based platforms
• Strong experience integrating various applications using Web Services, REST APIs, and similar technologies
• Solid knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) or open-source databases
• Previous hands-on experience in application support or implementation support domains
• Process-oriented mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience working with business workflows related to accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), insurance, banking, or healthcare sectors
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, while additional European languages are a plus
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Automation Anywhere (AA) or Blue Prism (BP) will be advantageous
