Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT / Software Developer to lead the design and development of a comprehensive web-based ERP system specifically for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry. This role is pivotal in transitioning current manual and Excel-based operations into a streamlined, fully integrated digital platform that enhances project management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a web ERP system that supports all phases of EPC projects. This includes building modules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Handover processes. The role also involves digitizing existing workflows, creating dynamic dashboards and detailed reports for project tracking, managing secure databases, and providing ongoing user support. Continuous system enhancements, automation implementation, and troubleshooting will be essential aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in web application development with strong programming skills
• Solid understanding of database management using SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Experience working with ERP or project management systems
• Familiarity with EPC industry workflows is highly advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously, delivering functional and efficient software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with modern development frameworks such as React and Node.js
• Experience in system integration and developing APIs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
