Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Coating Quality Control Supervisor with Aramco approval to join a leading project team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coating inspection and supervision on Aramco projects, ensuring all work complies with stringent industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing coating, painting, and corrosion protection activities, ensuring adherence to Aramco standards and project specifications. You will supervise blasting and painting operations, lead quality control teams, coordinate inspections with Aramco representatives, and prepare detailed QC documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Aramco SAP number with valid approval as a Coating QC Supervisor
• Completion of Coating Inspection CBT certification
• Minimum of 8 to 12 years’ experience in coating, painting, and corrosion protection
• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, including SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, and SAIC
• Proficiency in surface preparation standards such as SSPC, NACE, and ISO
• Expertise in DFT/WFT measurement, adhesion testing, and profile checks
• Ability to lead and coordinate QC teams and effectively communicate with inspectors
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills

Certifications

Candidates must hold one or more of the following certifications: NACE Level 2 or Level 3 (preferred), SSPC PCI Level 2 or Level 3, or BGAS Grade 1.
