Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Elevator Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the local market. This role involves driving sales of elevators and home lifts across commercial buildings, residential projects, and private villas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales and client acquisition, supported by relevant experience within the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
The Elevator Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates. Key duties include coordinating site visits, overseeing site measurements, ensuring timely material delivery, reviewing technical drawings, and collaborating closely with installation teams. A solid understanding of elevator standards and configurations will be beneficial for effective site coordination.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic

Requirements
Applicants should have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in elevator or vertical transportation sales, specifically within the Saudi Arabian market. The role demands a self-driven and target-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently in field sales and who can cultivate relationships with contractors, consultants, and real estate developers.
Compensation and Benefits
The company offers a competitive package including a basic salary of SR 3,000 with a company car and fuel, or SR 3,500 if the candidate uses their own vehicle, with fuel provided by the company. Additional benefits include Iqama, health insurance, paid annual leave of 30 days, and an annual vacation ticket. The role also features a lucrative commission structure: 2% commission per new elevator unit sold and SR 250 for each maintenance contract secured.
Work Environment
This position involves working closely with clients on-site and requires coordination with various stakeholders in the elevator installation and maintenance process. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering quality elevator solutions, with a product line manufactured in China that is EN81 compliant and suitable for commercial and residential applications.
