Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and dependable General Labour Workers to contribute to ongoing construction and site activities in Dammam. This role requires physically fit individuals who are ready to support daily construction operations and assist skilled workers on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards within the work area
• Carry out physical labour tasks assigned by supervisors
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site regulations
• Support overall site operations to ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good physical condition with the ability to perform demanding manual tasks
• Previous construction or site work experience is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Disciplined, punctual, and obedient to workplace guidelines
• Ready for immediate employment
• Possession of a valid Iqama or transferable Iqama is preferred
