Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for pump station and water infrastructure projects in Dammam. The ideal candidate will coordinate all project phases to ensure timely completion within budget while adhering to National Water Company (NWC) standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating project activities, including liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. This role involves comprehensive project management tasks such as reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals. The engineer will also monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance on-site, lead engineering and supervisory teams, and oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation. Regular progress reporting and participation in client coordination meetings are integral parts of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with solid hands-on experience in plumbing systems
• Proven ability in budgeting, project planning, and execution within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong skills in managing and reviewing submittals to ensure technical accuracy
• Excellent leadership qualities combined with effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
