Job Overview

We are seeking experienced senior engineering professionals to join a major energy operator’s capacity enhancement and facility upgrade projects based in Riyadh and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity involves working on high-pressure process systems, compression facilities, and brownfield integration to support critical expansion and upgrade programs within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the execution of brownfield EPC projects, managing technical coordination, and ensuring seamless interface between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. The projects include complex tasks such as working with high-capacity compression trains, gas handling and processing systems, and tie-ins to operational facilities under fast-track schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 to 20 years of relevant experience within Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Strong familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and documentation
• Proven track record in brownfield engineering, on-site coordination, and vendor management
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced working environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear technical reports

Work Environment and Locations

This role involves a dynamic work environment dealing with critical facility expansion and system upgrades in Riyadh and Dammam. Candidates will engage closely with operational teams amid ongoing direct brownfield development activities.
