Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor or Estimation Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in managing both pre-contract and post-contract activities for civil construction projects encompassing a variety of scopes, including fencing and landscaping works.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and quantity take-offs. Additional duties include monitoring project expenses during execution and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Experience in handling a wide range of civil construction projects is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 to 12 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation within civil construction
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract processes
• Experience estimating and managing costs for various civil projects such as fencing and landscaping
• Approval from the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
