Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Technical Engineers with preferred expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a project based in Khafji. This role offers a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years working in technical engineering roles, focusing on preparation and review of material requisitions within industrial or construction settings.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for preparing Material Requisitions (MR) accurately and efficiently, ensuring all technical documentation aligns with project requirements. Key duties include extracting and organizing technical details from Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design (DD) documents. The role demands familiarity with technical documents such as data sheets, specifications, and engineering drawings, along with preparing comprehensive cover sheets to accompany all submissions.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and protocols, given the project’s compliance requirements. Previous experience preparing material requisitions in similar environments is essential to succeed in this position.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in technical engineering roles, preferably with MEP experience.
  • Proficient in interpreting and handling FEED and Detailed Design technical documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of technical specifications, data sheets, and engineering drawings.
  • Experience preparing and managing Material Requisitions is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and documentation protocols.

Working Conditions

This position requires working 10 hours a day for 26 days each month, with overtime compensated on a pro-rata basis. The company will provide food, accommodation, and transportation to support a comfortable and convenient work environment for its employees. Immediate mobilization is expected for successful candidates.

Documentation and Compliance

Candidates must possess all relevant and valid documentation necessary for employment and mobilization, including but not limited to:

  • Valid Iqama and passport copies
  • Muqeem report
  • GOSI registration
  • Vendor code and commercial registration (CR) copies
  • Ajeer contract
  • Relevant trade or experience certificates
  • Saudi Aramco approval or documented experience within Aramco projects
  • Chamber Agreement Copy
  • Employee responsibility agreement
