We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer or Supervisor to join our team and oversee the progress of an ongoing construction project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision and a solid understanding of multiple construction disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for comprehensive site supervision, ensuring smooth coordination among various teams and strict adherence to project timelines. The role demands managing manpower effectively and monitoring all on-site activities closely. Crucially, the engineer will enforce rigorous safety protocols and maintain compliance with all site regulations. Handling work permits and ensuring all compliance procedures are correctly followed is an integral part of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in full site supervision of construction projects
• Strong background in steel erection, civil engineering works, and electrical installations
• Deep understanding of safety regulations and site compliance processes
• Capability to manage and coordinate diverse teams on-site
• Professional approach with excellent communication skills in English; native-level proficiency is preferred
