Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and extensive experience in facility management. This role demands leadership skills to oversee MEP operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior MEP Engineer will be responsible for supervising the daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems. This includes managing maintenance schedules, overseeing the performance of contractors and in-house technical teams, and ensuring that all work aligns with health, safety, and quality standards. The role involves strategic planning to optimize facility performance and minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with contractors effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and execution, along with adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires a commitment of 48 working hours per week, excluding break times, and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
