Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Scaffolding Supervisors and Scaffolding Inspectors who hold Aramco approval to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. These roles require candidates to be available for in-person interviews in Dammam and possess extensive knowledge and skills related to scaffolding operations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scaffolding installation, maintenance, and dismantling activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures to guarantee their stability and conformity with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure scaffolding requirements align with project timelines and specifications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, incidents, and safety measures.
• Provide guidance and supervise scaffolding teams, promoting a safety-first culture on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Aramco approval for scaffolding supervision or inspection.
• Proven experience in scaffolding supervision or inspection within industrial or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to attend face-to-face interviews in Dammam.
