Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market, specializing in Steel Fabrication and GRP/FRP products. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering who are driven to deliver sales results and grow business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales prospects within the steel fabrication and composite product sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and promote the benefits of our GRP/FRP offerings. Building strong relationships and negotiating terms to close sales will be vital in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience working in sales within the Saudi market, focusing on steel fabrication and GRP/FRP products.
• Strong technical knowledge related to steel structures and fiber-reinforced polymer products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive basic salary of 4000 SAR per month, along with additional allowances. On top of this, a sales commission of 1% on successful deals will be provided, enabling rewarding earning potential based on performance.
