We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the pipeline construction and oil and gas sectors. Identifying new markets and potential clients will be a core part of this role, along with building and sustaining strong contacts with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders. The position also requires coordination with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements. You will prepare and present engaging proposals and contracts while staying updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Meeting or exceeding set sales goals is essential.

• Develop and implement targeted sales plans for oil and gas and pipeline construction projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Maintain robust client and contractor relationships.
• Leverage knowledge of procurement and logistics processes to support client needs.
• Create persuasive presentations and detailed proposals.
• Monitor market trends, industry regulations, and competitor movements.
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
• Achieve or surpass agreed sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and possess at least two years of experience in sales within the oil and gas or pipeline construction industries, preferably within Saudi Arabia or similar markets. A deep understanding of pipeline construction processes and materials is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a proven record of meeting sales objectives in energy or construction settings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to travel as necessary to meet clients or oversee projects. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is advantageous.
