We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with a strong background in B2B lighting solutions to join Al Adwaa Factory for Lighting Fixtures. This role will be based across Riyadh (Al Kharj Rd), Jeddah, and Dammam, with headquarters located at 2644 Al Kharj Rd, Riyadh. The position focuses on driving project and trade sales for a reputable local lighting manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will lead sales initiatives targeting project closures within the lighting, electrical, and construction sectors. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively in the Saudi market are essential. The role also offers attractive earning potential through performance-based commissions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in project sales within Saudi Arabia, specifically in lighting, electrical, or construction industries.
• Demonstrated success in closing sales projects across the KSA market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Transferable Iqama permit.
