Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering with a passion for fostering a safe working environment. This role involves developing safety protocols, conducting thorough risk assessments, and ensuring full compliance with industry safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures tailored to company operations.
• Perform regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe workplace.
• Investigate any safety incidents promptly and suggest effective corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Provide ongoing safety training and support to employees, promoting a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Proven experience in safety engineering or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of safety laws and regulations applicable to engineering environments.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication abilities combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
