Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector with expertise in Welding, Coating, and Mechanical disciplines to join a project based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring proven inspection experience within oil & gas or construction environments, ensuring adherence to high standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves conducting thorough inspections in line with approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and maintaining compliance with project requirements. You will be responsible for preparing detailed inspection reports and documentation to support quality assurance processes.

• Perform inspections on welding, coating, and mechanical work according to ITPs
• Verify that project activities meet contractual and regulatory standards
• Compile and submit accurate inspection reports and records

Required Skills and Certifications

Candidates must hold at least one relevant certification, such as CSWIP 3.1, BGAS Grade 2, or any API certification including API 570, API 510, API 653, or API 650. A transferable Iqama is mandatory for this position.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control inspection within oil & gas or construction projects
• Strong understanding of inspection procedures and international quality standards
• Familiarity with project specifications and Inspection Test Plans

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Third Party Inspector (TPI) is highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of Saudi Aramco codes and standards will be an advantage, given the project’s location and requirements.

Work Environment and Location

This opportunity is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with the candidate expected to work onsite as part of the project quality team. The role demands strict adherence to safety and quality protocols within an industrial project setting.
