Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified QC Engineer or QC Supervisor to join our team for a critical Oil & Gas Separation Facilities project in partnership with Saudi Aramco. This role plays a vital part in ensuring quality standards are upheld throughout the engineering and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee and implement quality control processes in strict adherence to Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications. Key duties include reviewing and approving Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures. You will conduct thorough inspections across civil, mechanical, piping, structural, and welding works, ensuring complete compliance with approved drawings, codes, and international standards. Coordination with client representatives and third-party inspectors is essential, along with preparing detailed inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and relevant documentation to close out issues promptly. Additionally, you will support both internal and external quality audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience working on oil and gas projects, with a strong background in Saudi Aramco environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards including SAES and SATIP, as well as international codes such as API, ASME, and ASTM.
• Holding a valid Saudi Aramco approval is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
